Anxiety Lives in the Body
Somatic Mindfulness Tools to Feel Safe, Grounded & Present
This engaging 1-hour presentation blends science, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help participants understand how anxiety lives in — and can be released through — the body.
Participants will learn practical, evidence-informed tools such as gentle breathwork, tapping, and grounding techniques that calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety.
We’ll also explore how trauma, conditioning, and even inherited family patterns shape the way we experience stress, and how simple body-based practices can bring healing and balance back into everyday life.
Ideal for lunch-and-learn sessions, workplaces, or women’s groups, this experiential talk helps participants walk away feeling more connected, calm, and empowered with tools they can use anytime.
